We are seeking a skilled and results-oriented E-commerce Manager to lead the online operations for our jewelry brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tactics, and the ability to drive online revenue growth. You will collaborate with various teams to enhance our digital presence and provide a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers, from browsing to purchase.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of the company's e-commerce website, including managing product listings, updating content, running promotions, and ensuring overall site performance.
• Develop and execute strategies aimed at increasing online sales and improving the customer experience.
• Analyze website traffic, sales figures, and customer behavior data to identify growth opportunities.
• Work closely with marketing, design, and development teams to create and implement digital campaigns, promotional activities, and product launches.
• Ensure the website is optimized for search engines (SEO) and continuously work to improve search rankings.
• Manage the integration of third-party services, such as payment gateways, shipping providers, and CRM systems.
• Continuously monitor and enhance the user experience (UX) and overall customer journey to ensure an intuitive and seamless shopping process.
• Oversee product inventory management, pricing strategies, and the organization of product categories.
• Handle customer service inquiries related to the online store to ensure positive and efficient customer interactions.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to identify potential areas for innovation.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in an E-commerce Manager role, preferably within the jewelry or fashion industry.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento, as well as website management.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing platforms.
• Solid knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
• Experience in product photography, content management, and visual merchandising is an added advantage.
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce management or a related role.
• Strong analytical abilities, with the capability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web development principles.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
