Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead and execute our online sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, digital marketing, and a passion for driving growth in the D2C space. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Manage and optimize the company\'s online sales channels, including our website and third-party platforms.
• Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
• Monitor and analyze key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and customer service, to enhance the online shopping experience.
• Oversee product listings, pricing, and inventory management across platforms.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
• Identify new e-commerce opportunities and partnerships to expand the brand\'s reach.
• Utilize data-driven insights to improve user experience, conversion rates, and customer retention.
• Manage customer reviews, feedback, and respond to inquiries promptly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5 years) in e-commerce management, preferably in the D2C sector.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
• Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms (e.g., Flipkart, Myntra, Amazon Seller Central).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Results-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
