The Ecommerce Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing the online presence of the retail store chain. This includes overseeing the online sales platform, developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, managing the ecommerce team, and ensuring a seamless and engaging online shopping experience for customers.

### Key Responsibilities:

1. Ecommerce Strategy:

- Develop and implement ecommerce strategies to drive online sales and meet revenue targets.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

- Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.

2. Website Management:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the online store, including site maintenance, product listings, and content updates.

- Ensure the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines (SEO).

- Work with web developers to implement new features and functionalities.

3. Digital Marketing:

- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.

- Optimize marketing efforts to increase traffic, engagement, and conversions.

- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

4. Product Management:

- Manage online product assortment, pricing, and promotions.
