We are seeking a results-driven E-Commerce Manager to oversee our online sales strategy and manage our e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, a deep understanding of online consumer behavior, and the ability to optimize the customer journey across all digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and enhance customer engagement.
• Platform Management: Oversee the management and optimization of the e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Digital Marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media strategies to boost online visibility and sales.
• Analytics & Reporting: Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Product Management: Collaborate with product teams to ensure accurate product listings, inventory management, and promotional activities.
• Customer Experience: Enhance the online customer experience through effective UX/UI practices and customer service strategies.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage the e-commerce team, providing guidance and support to achieve business objectives.
• Budget Management: Manage the e-commerce budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
• Partnerships & Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, payment processors, and logistics partners to streamline operations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing roles.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
• Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and CRM systems.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
