Manager Ecommerce
The incumbent must be MBA from reputed institute with approximately 5 to 8 years of experience in strategic role from reputed E Commerce FMCG organisations in India.
KRA :
- Managing E-Commerce business and drive strong growth and shares by driving the brand presence
- Build, manage and develop long term relationships in with E-com partners and leading the contact matrix
- Lead and Negotiate the Joint Business Planning (JBPs) and TOT\'s with E-com Partners
- Develop plan, KPI and goals for each of the e-commerce partner basis their business strategy, strengths and opportunities
- Lead the relationship with a cross functional teams internally
- Identify new E-commerce trends, platforms, events and opportunities for business growth
- Making the marketing budgets by analyzing the sales on the various platforms and events
- Deep understanding marketing and the lead indicators
- Leading & Guiding the team of Key Account Executives
MUST BE CURRENTLY WORKING WITH LEADING E COMMERCE / FMCG ORGANISATIONS IN INDIA
Age : 28 to 33 yrs approximately
Location : Bangalore/ Delhi/Mumbai/Kolkata
CTC Range : Approximately Rs.20,00,000 - 25,00,000/-p.a
