Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic eCommerce Manager to oversee our online sales and presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and customer engagement tactics. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive revenue growth, optimize user experience, and enhance brand visibility in the online marketplace. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement eCommerce strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability. 2. Manage the day-to-day operations of our eCommerce platform, including product listings, inventory management, pricing, and promotions. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between eCommerce and other business functions such as marketing, IT, and customer service. 4. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization. 5. Drive customer acquisition and retention through effective digital marketing campaigns, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media. 6. Monitor website performance, user experience, and conversion rates, implementing improvements as needed. 7. Stay informed about industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in eCommerce. 8. Lead and mentor a team of eCommerce specialists, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals. 9. Establish and maintain relationships with external partners such as vendors, agencies, and platforms to enhance our eCommerce capabilities. 10. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to online sales, privacy, and data protection. Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in eCommerce management, preferably in a retail or consumer goods industry.
Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and related technologies.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
