Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-commerce Manager to oversee and drive our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, digital marketing, and data analytics, with a proven track record of growing online sales and enhancing the customer experience. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead cross-functional teams, optimize our e-commerce platform, and implement innovative marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• E-commerce Strategy and Execution:
• Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
• Manage and optimize the online sales platform, including website, mobile apps, and third-party marketplaces.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Digital Marketing:
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
• Collaborate with the performance marketing team to optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Customer Experience:
• Ensure a seamless and engaging online shopping experience, focusing on site usability, product presentation, and customer service.
• Implement and optimize user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
• Manage customer feedback and reviews to continuously improve the shopping experience.
• Product Management:
• Oversee product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory management on the e-commerce platform.
• Work closely with the merchandising team to ensure accurate and timely product launches and promotions.
• Implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Utilize data analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics.
• Conduct regular analysis of website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to inform decision-making.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on e-commerce performance and initiatives.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce and digital marketing professionals.
• Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment.
• Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience as an E-commerce Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and online sales strategies.
• Proficiency in data analytics and performance metrics.
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
• Knowledge of web development and UX/UI principles.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer data management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
