Crossbeats is currently seeking qualified applicants for a full-time, opportunity as an E-Commerce Manager. Ideally located in or around Bangalore. The E-Commerce Manager is responsible for growing our marketplace business, specifically Flipkart, by driving conversions, traffic, and marketing program to reach sales objectives. This role will be responsible for accelerating Flipkart growth by leading sales initiatives to meet revenue goals, ensuring products are launched on-time, and maintaining products and brand presence as well as for collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to meet business objectives.
Primary Duties




  • Manage operations of Flipkart account. Maintain product data and brand integrity throughout entire Flipkart catalogue



  • Create, manage, and implement plans to increase sales across Flipkart and other marketplace platforms



  • Lead a lean team of internal and external personnel to effectively develop, optimize and implement e-commerce solutions



  • Maintain and monitor Flipkart account health to achieve high seller rankings in addition to inventory levels, forecasting, and replenishment



  • Optimize product detail pages for maximum conversion with a focus on SEO (images, copy, titles, keywords, enhanced content)



  • Maximize revenue growth and contribution margin of Flipkart channel to deliver against aggressive targets



  • Compile reporting and analytics for Flipkart accounts. Create bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on account performance



  • Align with internal Operations team on demand planning, fulfilment, chargeback, and compliance requests for business



  • Manage listings on Flipkart Seller Central accounts daily, including setting up new listings, modifying listings and optimizing listings according to company\' s marketing strategies



  • Monitor and analyse performance, rankings, ratings and reviews to enhance rankings and performance to drive sales



  • Lead promotional strategies for brand on Flipkart (deals, campaigns, etc.)



  • Plan and allocate Flipkart Advertising spend based on performance KPIs



  • Analyze performance data of Flipkart Advertising campaigns for future programs



  • Oversee and help analyse, execute, and optimize a keyword research strategy with the Digital Sales Specialist which identifies the most effective and targeted key phrases to drive traffic



  • Demonstrate strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives to senior leadership



  • Be the in-house expert and repository of knowledge of all Flipkart platform changes and best practices



  • Assist with managing other marketplace accounts domestically and internationally as needed


The Successful Candidate Should Have




  • Minimum of bachelor\xe2\x80\x99 s degree in a related field



  • 5+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in an eCommerce role



  • 3+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience managing a Flipkart seller account



  • Expert knowledge of Flipkart landscape (Flipkart SEO, buybox, Flipkart advantage)



  • Solid understanding of eCommerce B2C systems



  • Strong tactical knowledge and experience specializing and selling through Flipkart Vendor Central and Seller Central platforms



  • Demonstrated Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite



  • Strong project management skills



  • Propensity for analytical and detail-oriented thinking
