Platform Management: Oversee our product listings, inventory, and sales performance on Jio Mart, Flipkart, Myntra , Amazon , Website and other similar platforms. Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information and images.
Keyword Research: Must know how to search for trending keywords, update the keywords as per the latest trend/season change.
Optimisation: Continuously analyse and optimize product listings for maximum visibility and conversions.
Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and revenue growth on each platform. Monitor and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
Promotions and Campaigns: Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including discounts, offers, and seasonal sales, to attract and retain customers. Must know how to run advertising campaigns on E-commerce platforms, optimize them and drive sales.
Customer Engagement: Manage customer reviews and feedback, responding promptly and professionally to enhance customer satisfaction.
Inventory Management: Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure optimal inventory levels, order fulfilment, and timely shipments.
SPF Claims: Know how to file SPF Claims

Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
