Role: Business Head E-commerce

Exp: 8-12 years

Location: Kolkata

CTC: 24 LPA

Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development:

? Develop and execute comprehensive marketplace strategies aligned

with company objectives.

? Identify growth opportunities and market trends to drive revenue and

profitability.

2. P&L Ownership:

? Own the overall P&L for all marketplace channels, including gross

revenue, net revenue, and cost of doing business.

? Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to optimize

profitability.

3. Relationship Management:

? Manage relationships with marketplace category managers and key

stakeholders.

? Create and drive joint business plans to maximize mutual growth and

success.

4. Advertising Management:

? Manage advertisement budgets with each marketplace partner to drive

visibility and sales.

? Optimize advertising strategies to enhance ROI and brand presence.

5. Marketplace Operations:

? Oversee day-to-day operations across all marketplace channels.

? Ensure seamless order processing, inventory management, and

customer service.

6. Performance Analysis:

? Analyze marketplace performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas

for improvement.

? Implement data-driven strategies to drive sales and optimize

operational efficiency.

7. Team Leadership:

? Lead and mentor a team of marketplace managers, providing guidance

and support to achieve targets.

? Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous

improvement.

Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Master's degree preferred.

? 7+ years of experience in e-commerce and marketplace management, with a

proven track record of driving growth and profitability.

? Strong understanding of online marketplace dynamics and trends.

? Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills.

? Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with marketplace partners.

? Experience managing advertising budgets and optimizing ROI.

? Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and

motivate a team.

? Strong communication and negotiation skills.
