Job Responsibilities:

• Product Management:
• List and manage products across multiple e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, Myntra, and Shopify.
• Handle order processing, ensure compliance with SLA standards, and manage returns effectively.
• Collaboration:
• Communicate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and task completion.
• Sales Strategies:
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance product visibility and boost revenue.
• Advertising Campaigns:
• Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across various platforms to maximize ROI.
• Performance Monitoring:
• Track sales performance, analyze data for trends, and identify growth opportunities.
• Generate regular reports on sales performance, ad spend, and ROI for management review.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in e-commerce management.
• Proficiency in using e-commerce tools and analytics platforms to track and report on performance.
• Ability to create detailed sales and return reports regularly.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or office setting.
• Familiarity with SEO and Facebook Ads management is a plus.
