Role Description
This is a full-time role as an Ecommerce Executive at Kidcity, located in the Kolkata. The Ecommerce Executvie will be responsible for managing online sales, enhancing the customer shopping experience, analyzing data, providing customer service, and driving e-commerce growth on platforms like - Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Website, etc.
Qualifications
• Analytical Skills and E-Commerce expertise
• Experience in Customer Service and Sales
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms
• Experience with data analysis and reporting
• Knowledge of online marketing strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?23,000.00 per month
