Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesPackaging Operations:

• Supervise and coordinate daily packaging activities, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Develop and implement packaging processes to meet production targets and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with the production and quality control teams to ensure adherence to packaging standards.
• Monitor packaging material stock levels and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.

Warehouse Management:

• Manage inventory control processes, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Implement efficient warehouse layout and space optimization strategies.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of inventory levels and transactions in the warehouse management system.
• Conduct regular stock audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.

Team Supervision:

• Lead and manage a team of packaging and warehouse staff, providing training and development.
• Schedule and allocate tasks to meet operational deadlines.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback to ensure productivity and efficiency.

Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations in the warehouse and packaging areas.
• Implement and monitor best practices for equipment handling and storage.
• Address any safety incidents promptly and conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.

Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process optimization in packaging and warehouse management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and reduce costs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative practices to improve efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
