Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive with expertise in warehouse management systems, specifically Uniware Software. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of order processing, inventory management, returns, and overall warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing:

Efficiently process orders using Uniware Software, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.

Picklist Management:

Generate and manage picklists, ensuring the right items are picked and shipped on time.

Returns & Return Claims:

Handle customer returns, process return claims, and ensure returns are properly logged and managed.

Inventory Putaway:

Oversee the putaway process, ensuring that inventory is correctly stored and recorded in the warehouse.

Stock Management:

Monitor stock levels, perform regular stock checks, and update inventory records.

Warehouse Operations:

Assist with day-to-day warehouse tasks, including organizing, packing, and shipping orders.

Quality Control:

Ensure that the products being shipped are of high quality and meet the required standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience in warehouse operations, specifically in eCommerce settings. Strong understanding of

Uniware Software

for order processing and inventory management. Knowledge of

picklist management

, returns processing, and inventory putaway. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Previous experience in a similar role is highly preferred.
