Job Title: E-Commerce Executive

Location: Agra

Salary: Up to ?25,000 per month (as per industry standard)

Experience: 3-5 years in a related field

Requirements:

• Proven experience in e-commerce operations, including order fulfillment, customer service, and inventory management.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify) and their functionalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and vendors.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Passion for e-commerce and a desire to stay updated on industry trends.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce store, including order processing, shipping, and returns.
• Provide excellent customer service to online customers through various channels (e.g., email, chat, phone).
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Optimize product listings for search engines and improve website conversion rates.
• Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and customer engagement.
• Stay up-to-date on e-commerce trends and best practices.
