Roles and Responsibilities
• Manage ecommerce operations, including listing products on various platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra).
• Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform
• Managing and executing promotional campaigns
• Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps
• Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments
Eligibility Criteria: Minimum of 1 year of experience in
Ecommerce Management.
Industry - The Candidate has experience in Healthcare, FMCG, and Fashion is a must.
