We are looking for a dynamic E-commerce Executive or E-commerce Manager to manage and optimize our presence across leading e-commerce platforms such as Amazon , Flipkart , and other online marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end e-commerce operations, including product management, catalog creation, order processing, and sales optimization. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, analytical ability, and a focus on driving sales and improving customer experience on e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Platform Management :
• Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon , Flipkart , and other e-commerce platforms.
• Ensure product information (titles, descriptions, images, and specifications) is accurate, up-to-date, and SEO-friendly.
Catalog Creation & Maintenance :
• Create, update, and maintain product catalogs across multiple platforms.
• Ensure product data consistency and quality across all e-commerce listings.
Order Management :
• Oversee daily order processing, including order fulfilment, tracking, and customer communication.
• Ensure timely shipping and delivery of orders while managing returns, refunds, and cancellations.
Sales & Performance Optimization :
• Analyze sales data, monitor product performance, and implement strategies to boost sales .
• Optimize pricing, promotional campaigns, and product visibility (e.g., Amazon Sponsored Ads, Flipkart promotions).
Market Research & Competitor Analysis :
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and market demands.
• Suggest new products or strategies to stay competitive and improve market share.
Required Skills:
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms like Amazon , Flipkart , or other similar marketplaces.
• Knowledge of product listing requirements, catalog management, and promotional tools on these platforms.
• Ability to manage large product catalogs and ensure consistency and accuracy of product information.
• Strong understanding of online sales strategies, SEO , product pricing, promotions, and advertising on e-commerce platforms.
• Experience with Amazon Sponsored Ads , Flipkart Ads , or similar ad platforms.
• Proficiency in managing orders, stock levels, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
• Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to optimize sales and increase conversion rates.
• Strong problem-solving skills in managing product issues, customer feedback, and logistics challenges.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to handle inquiries and feedback professionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for sales data analysis, inventory management, and reporting.
