We are seeking an E-commerce Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the online sales experience across various e-commerce platforms. This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven individual with a passion for e-commerce and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Product Listings & Content Management

• Create, update, and optimize product listings across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon & Flipkart)
• Ensure product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing are accurate and aligned with the brand guidelines

Order Management & Fulfillment

• Monitor and manage daily orders, ensuring timely processing and shipping
• Coordinate with warehouses and third-party logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies

Customer Service & Engagement

• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally
• Ensure a positive online shopping experience by addressing issues related to product quality, delivery, etc.
• Monitor customer reviews and ratings, working to resolve any issues raised by customers
• Monitor and maintain smooth functionality of admin work as well

• Education : Bachelor's degree
• Experience : 1 years of experience in e-commerce,

Experience managing e-commerce platforms like Flipkart, Amazon,

Pay: From ?15,000.00 per month
