Job Brief & Description

The Online Executive contributes to the growth of E-Commerce business by enhancing the customer experience, executing customer order fulfilment and maintaining the technology and infrastructure..

? School List Management: Collaborate with the sales team to obtain and audit the list of schools, confirming item requirements on a school-wise basis.

? Coordination: Act as the main point of contact between school administration and sales personnel to facilitate smooth communication and order management.

? Additional Requirements: Identify and document any additional school requirements and coordinate further orders as necessary.

? Purchase Orders: Ensure that Purchase Orders (PO) are created accurately against Sales Orders (SO).

? Pending Follow-ups: Follow up on pending book orders before sales, including sample book requests and updates.

? Physical MRP Updates: Regularly update and follow up with the warehouse team regarding physical MRP and stock verification against Delivery Challans (DC).

? Final Checklist: Provide a final checklist and necessary links to the operations team for order fulfillment.

? Dispatch Monitoring: Conduct regular follow-ups on dispatches for stationery and other assigned items.

? Bulk Uploads: Assist in bulk uploading school and bundle creation data.

? Link Management: Manage link approvals and changes as per school requests.

? Kit Confirmation: Confirm bundle and class-wise kit specifications and requirements.

? Data Maintenance: Maintain accurate records for assigned books and ensure checklist data is up-to-date.

? Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including consolidated sales reports.

? RMA Support: Provide support for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes.

? Order Creation: Facilitate order creation for bulk upload by schools.

? Training and Development: Train team members on processes and ensure that schools are assigned properly.

? Audit and Feedback: Conduct audits and re-verification of agent work and provide feedback to identify training needs

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
