Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic E-commerce Executive with 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing our online sales activities, ensuring an excellent customer experience, and driving the growth of our e-commerce platform. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company's e-commerce platform, ensuring products are accurately listed and up to date.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and discounts.
• Monitor and analyze website performance metrics and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in inventory management, ensuring stock levels are updated and accurate.
• Process online orders, including order fulfillment, shipping, and delivery tracking.
• Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues on the e-commerce platform.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in an e-commerce role.
• Proficient in using e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.
• Strong understanding of online sales and marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing is a plus.
