The E-Commerce Executive is responsible for managing and optimizing the company's online sales platforms to drive growth, enhance customer experience, and achieve sales targets. This role involves coordinating product listings, managing inventory, tracking sales performance, and ensuring seamless operations across e-commerce channels. The E-Commerce Executive works closely with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure a smooth and profitable e-commerce experience.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
• Proven experience in e-commerce or a similar role, with knowledge of major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify).
• Strong understanding of inventory management, order processing, and sales analytics.
• Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (SEO, PPC, social media) is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
