We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Ecommerce Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in the day-to-day operations of our online store, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. This role requires a combination of technical skills, creative problem-solving, and a strong understanding of ecommerce best practices. Key Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Assist in the creation, editing, and maintenance of product listings particularly Etsy and E-bay Portal. \xc2\xb7 Ensure product information, images, and pricing are accurate and up-to-date. \xc2\xb7 Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team for stock updates. Customer Service: \xc2\xb7 Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone. \xc2\xb7 Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively. \xc2\xb7 Process returns and refunds according to company policy. Order Processing: \xc2\xb7 Monitor and process incoming orders. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate with shipping and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery. \xc2\xb7 Track shipments and provide customers with updates on their orders. Marketing Support: \xc2\xb7 Support the creation of promotional materials and content for the website and other digital platforms. \xc2\xb7 Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements. \xc2\xb7 Perform regular checks to ensure the website is functioning correctly. \xc2\xb7 Assist with updating website content, banners, and promotional information. Reporting and Analysis: \xc2\xb7 Generate regular reports on sales, traffic, and customer behavior. \xc2\xb7 Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and support decision-making processes. \xc2\xb7 Assist in competitor analysis and market research. Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred. \xc2\xb7 Proven experience in an ecommerce or retail environment. \xc2\xb7 Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ecommerce platforms (Amazon.com, Etsy ,E-bay and Website ). \xc2\xb7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills. \xc2\xb7 Strong organizational and time-management skills. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
