Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated E-commerce Operations & Inventory Specialist to join our team. This role will be key in managing inventory, coordinating product flows, and maintaining our Shopify store with our latest and best-selling collections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Track and record inventory movements, ensuring accuracy and seamless flow from warehouse to online listings.
• Product Coordination: Coordinate products through various stages for online and offline needs, ensuring timely updates and availability.
• Shopify Updates: Regularly update product listings on Shopify, including descriptions, pricing, and stock quantities.
• Storefront Maintenance: Review and align our Shopify storefront with brand standards, ensuring a high-quality user experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Fashion, Commerce, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years in e-commerce operations or inventory management, ideally with Shopify or a similar platform.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Shopify, Microsoft Excel, and basic inventory management tools.
• Organizational Excellence: High attention to detail in managing and tracking inventory.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills for coordination with team members and external partners.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
