E Commerce Executive
Job Description
The ideal candidate must have a thorough understanding of Amazon, Flipkart, and eCommerce platforms.
Roles and Responsibilities:-
1) Create product listings on sites like Amazon, and Flipkart.
2) Prepare large excel sheets with various prices and formulae.
3) Communicate with logistics partners to make sure the products reach the customers.
4) Coordinate with the production department for updated inventory.
5) Write relevant content & bullet points for listings.
6) Address customer complaints by phone and email.
7) Coordinate with people at online portals for deal promotions.
8) Good at Amazon ads.
9) Coordinate with operators (order processing) daily.
- Salary Negotiable
- Minimum 2 years experience required
