Job Summary:
The eCommerce Manager will be responsible for managing and enhancing our online sales channels, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in eCommerce platforms, digital marketing, and data analysis within the dental products sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. eCommerce Strategy and Management:
- Develop and implement the eCommerce strategy to achieve sales targets and growth.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the eCommerce platform, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from order placement to fulfillment.
2. Website Optimization:
- Manage and optimize the company's eCommerce website for user experience, SEO, and conversion rate optimization.
- Collaborate with the web development team to implement necessary updates and improvements.
3. Digital Marketing:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, PPC, and SEO.
- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize ROI.
4. Product Management:
- Coordinate with the product development team to ensure accurate and timely product listings, descriptions, pricing, and promotions.
- Manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
5. Customer Experience:
- Enhance the customer journey by providing exceptional service and support, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
- Implement customer feedback mechanisms to continually improve the online shopping experience.
6. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor website performance, sales data, and customer behavior.
- Prepare regular reports on eCommerce metrics, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management.
7. Collaboration and Leadership:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, customer service, and logistics.
- Lead and mentor the eCommerce team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Qualifications:
- MININMUM 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing techniques.
- CANVA, CORELDRAW, PHOTOSHOP, MS OFFICE.
