for E - Commerce Executive - Jaipur ,Rajasthan

Manage product listings, including cataloguing, descriptions, and uploading to our Woo -Commerce store. Maintain accurate online inventory levels and perform regular updates. Oversee the entire online order management process from customer purchase to fulfillment coordination. Develop, implement, and track online offers, promotions, and discount codes. Manage the visual merchandising of the online store, including banners and product displays. Assist in executing customer loyalty programs and initiatives. Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, analyze data, and prepare regular reports.

What You Need (Skills & Knowledge):

Platform Proficiency:

Strong working knowledge of the Woo Commerce platform.

Technical Skills:

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS. Familiarity with web performance optimization and cybersecurity best practices.

E-commerce Tools:

Experience with shipping aggregators (like Shiprocket), payment gateways, and inventory systems (like Uni ware).

Marketing Acumen:

Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Email Marketing principles. Ability to create and manage online promotional campaigns.

Analytical Skills:

Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Sheets/Excel for reporting and analysis.

Content Skills:

Basic product photography and content creation abilities for engaging product listings.

Industry Insight:

Good understanding of the e-commerce landscape, current market trends, and consumer behaviour, ideally within the casual wear garment sector. Awareness of e-commerce compliance, terms, and conditions.
