We are looking for an

E-Commerce Executive

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing our online presence, managing product listings, optimizing advertising campaigns, and ensuring an excellent customer experience across e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and others. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and technical skills to drive product visibility, sales, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:



A+ Content Creation and Optimization:

Develop, create, and optimize A+ Content for product listings to improve product visibility, conversion rates, and customer engagement. Collaborate with the design team to create high-quality images, infographics, and enhanced brand content. Regularly update A+ content to keep it fresh and aligned with marketing and branding strategies. Ensure all A+ content is compliant with platform guidelines and enhances the customer shopping experience.

Catalog Management:

Oversee the management of product catalogs across various e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), ensuring all product listings are accurate and up-to-date. Create and update product descriptions, features, images, and specifications to enhance product visibility and attract customers. Optimize product listings for searchability and conversion through SEO and keyword strategies. Ensure proper categorization of products and manage SKU numbers for consistency.

Advertising and Campaign Management:

Plan, create, and execute paid advertising campaigns (PPC) on e-commerce platforms like Amazon Ads, Google Shopping, and other digital ad platforms. Optimize ad campaigns to maximize ROI, monitor performance, and adjust bids, keywords, and budgets accordingly. Conduct A/B testing for ads to determine the most effective messaging and creative. Track and report key performance metrics (e.g., impressions, click-through rate, conversion rate, ACoS) for continuous improvement.

Product Launches and Promotions:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches on e-commerce platforms. Develop and manage promotions, discounts, and bundles to drive sales. Coordinate with marketing teams to align promotional activities with product releases and key sales events (e.g., sales festivals, peak seasons).

Market Research and Competitor Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive products. Analyze competitor listings, pricing, and marketing strategies to ensure competitiveness and market relevance. Provide recommendations for improvements based on competitive landscape and customer behavior.

Customer Experience and Feedback Management:

Monitor customer reviews and feedback on product listings and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries. Address negative reviews and complaints promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction. Suggest improvements to product listings based on customer feedback and insights.

Reporting and Analytics:

Track and analyze the performance of e-commerce product listings, A+ Content, and ad campaigns. Prepare regular reports on key metrics such as sales performance, traffic, ad performance, and inventory levels. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies, optimize listings, and improve advertising ROI.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field. Certification in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, or Advertising is a plus.

Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce management, specifically with A+ Content, catalog management, and advertising. Proven track record of success in optimizing product listings and managing ad campaigns on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, etc. Experience in analyzing key performance metrics and making data-driven decisions.

Skills:

Expertise in A+ Content creation, product catalog management, and e-commerce advertising. Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, and other e-commerce tools. Strong understanding of SEO, keyword optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, etc.). Basic graphic design knowledge is a plus (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
