Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and driven E-Commerce Executive to manage and enhance our online sales platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of e-commerce operations, a strategic mindset, and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and our official website.
• Monitor and optimize product visibility, pricing, and promotions to maximize sales.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create engaging content and campaigns.
• Handle inventory management, ensuring timely updates and stock availability.
• Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to recommend improvements.
• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Implement SEO strategies to improve product rankings on e-commerce platforms.

Required Skills:

• Experience in managing e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and CMS-based websites.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong understanding of online marketing and SEO principles.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of e-commerce tools and dashboards for performance tracking.

Experience:

• E-commerce: 1 - 2 years
• Female Prefer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
