Key Responsibilities:
• Product Management:
• Create and maintain accurate product listings on ecommerce platforms (e.g Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, AJIO, First Cry, Shopify etc.).
• Ensure product descriptions, pricing, and images are up-to-date and optimized for conversions.
• Manage stock levels, track inventory, and ensure products are available for sale.
• Listing as per SEO keywords, shared by SEO team.
2. Sales and Order Management:
• Process orders, monitor and update the status of orders.
• Manage order fulfillment, shipping, and delivery coordination with third-party logistics.
• Resolve issues related to customer orders, returns, and exchanges and claim the refund from the marketplaces.
• Coordinate promotions, discounts, and special offers.
3. Analytics and Reporting:
• Track sales data, traffic on marketplaces, and other ecommerce KPIs.
• Analyze performance to suggest improvements for product listings, marketing, and customer experience.
• Provide regular reports on sales, trends, and the effectiveness of online promotions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in ecommerce, retail, or online sales roles is advantageous.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency with ecommerce marketplaces.
• MS Word, Ms Excel - Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot, Filter and etc.
Work Environment:
• This role can be based in an office (10 AM -7 PM)
• Salary (Negotiable as per Employee Exp)
