Job Description

:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced E-Commerce Executive to manage our online presence across various platforms such as Shopify, Etsy, Alibaba, and other e-commerce sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce operations, excellent communication skills, and experience in handling product listings, customer inquiries, and order management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update product listings on Etsy, Alibaba, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Respond to customer inquiries and manage communications via these platforms.
• Handle order processing, shipment tracking, and after-sales support.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance across platforms.
• Ensure all product details, descriptions, and prices are accurate and up-to-date.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure stock availability and timely order fulfillment.
• Assist in developing strategies to increase online sales and visibility.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in managing e-commerce platforms ( Etsy, Alibaba,Shopify)
• Proficiency in handling online product listings and order management.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Female candidates only.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
