The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's online sales and presence. This includes developing and executing ecommerce strategies, managing the online product catalog, optimizing user experience, and driving sales through various online channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, digital marketing, and data analysis, with a proven track record of achieving online sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement ecommerce strategies to drive online sales and enhance customer experience.
• Manage and optimize the online product catalog, including product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
• Plan and execute online marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, PPC, and affiliate marketing.
• Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, user behavior, and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for conversions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep the company at the forefront of e-commerce innovation.
• Coordinate with the customer service team to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners to enhance the ecommerce platform.
• Develop and manage the ecommerce budget, including forecasting and tracking expenses.
