Responsibilities:

• E-Commerce Platform Management:
• Listing and managing books on various e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.
• Update the product descriptions, images, pricing, and promotional content.
• Order Management:
• Ensure processing, packing, and shipment of customer orders.
• Tracking all orders and monitoring delivery status.
• Customer Service:
• Answering customer queries, complaints, and feedback.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and obtaining positive reviews.
• Sales and Marketing:
• Planning and executing promotional campaigns and offers to increase sales.
• Conducting market research and competitive pricing analysis.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Preparing sales reports and analysis and maintaining an Excel of all orders.
• Analyzing sales performance and customer response.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from any recognized institution.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience working on e-commerce platforms.
• Good knowledge of computers and the internet.
• Strong communication skills and customer service experience.
• Ability to work in a team and manage time effectively.

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO.
• Proficiency in Excel and other reporting tools.
• Proficiency in both Hindi and English languages.
