: E-Commerce Executive
Position Overview:
We seek a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Executive to join our team. The role involves managing and optimizing online sales platforms, ensuring smooth order processing, and delivering exceptional support to customers and internal teams. This is a critical position for maintaining efficient e-commerce operations and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Management:
• Process and monitor online orders across multiple e-commerce platforms.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
Product Listings:
• Create, update, and optimize product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock availability on all platforms.
Customer Support:
• Address customer inquiries and resolve orders, refunds, and product information issues.
• Provide post-purchase support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Platform Operations:
• Maintain and update e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra Shopify, etc.
• Troubleshoot issues related to the website or marketplace accounts.
Analytics & Reporting:
• Analyze sales data and prepare reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Track and report on performance metrics such as sales, return rates, and customer satisfaction.
Compliance & Documentation:
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and correspondence.
Collaboration:
• Work closely with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with finance and accounting teams for payment reconciliation and returns.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or a similar role.
• Proficiency in tools like Easycom, MS Excel, and marketplace portals (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to task management.
