Deep Ayurveda, a well-established Ayurveda company founded in 2006 by Dr. Baldeep Kaur, is looking to hire an E-Commerce Executive. The company specializes in manufacturing herbal products and classical Ayurveda medicines, offering a holistic approach to health and wellness. We are seeking a dedicated, sharp, and proactive individual to manage and drive the e-commerce sales, promote the brand, and help increase our market presence.
• E-Commerce Sales Management: Handle online sales through our e-commerce platforms (website, Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, eBay, Paytm, etc.).
• Promotions & Offers: Plan and manage online promotions, offers, and discounts to increase sales and customer engagement.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales data, web traffic, and customer demographics to optimize marketing efforts and strategies.
• SEO/SMM/PPC Knowledge: Apply SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SMM (Social Media Marketing), and PPC (Pay-Per-Click) strategies to boost online visibility and sales.
• Brand Development: Enhance brand value through digital advertisements, promotional campaigns, and consistent brand messaging across various platforms.
• Digital Marketing Coordination: Work with the digital marketing team to streamline and manage all digital marketing activities and campaigns.
• Competitor Research: Track and analyze competitors' e-commerce and digital marketing strategies to stay ahead in the market.
• KPIs & ROI: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure e-commerce success and return on investment (ROI).
• Strategy Development: Suggest strategies and methods for increasing e-commerce sales and improving digital presence.
• Team Leadership: Oversee and potentially build a team for the digital marketing department to handle sales growth.
• Independent Project Management: Manage the online sales projects independently, ensuring timely execution and achievement of sales targets.
• Education: B.C.A./B.Tech./MBA or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.), SEO, SMM, and PPC strategies.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Industry Experience: Experience in the healthcare or Ayurveda industry is a plus.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze sales data and market trends to derive actionable insights.
: ?20,000-30,000 per month, based on experience and last salary package.
