Job Title: Executive - E CommerceFunction: E-CommerceReports to: General Manager- EcommerceHandle following domestic accounts:\xc2\xb7 Be able to create performance advertisements on ecommerce portals and achieve sales targets accordingly.\xc2\xb7 Understand SEO and keyword optimization to improve listings and improve organic search ranking.\xc2\xb7 Handle online Portal like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Snap deal, Paytm, Big Basket etc. BAUs to be managed and maintained including tags, Brand registry, portal management, shipping tracking door to door including any product damage management.\xc2\xb7 Person must have experience of compiling, analyzing, reporting sales data.\xc2\xb7 Monitoring competitive activity, customer and market trend analyze.\xc2\xb7 Handling any upcoming e-com portals and listing product on new portals as well as enlisting on new portal.\xc2\xb7 Online product inventory data coordination and updates to be shared with the production and logistics team on regular basis.\xc2\xb7 Customer queries to be attended over the email and immediate response to be done.\xc2\xb7 E-com portal reviews, coupons, promotions, customer grievances/queries, Feedback calls or messages to be addressed\xc2\xb7 Website cold calling, missing orders calls and help in customer conversion.\xc2\xb7 Competitor analysis on respective platforms for price and product comparison.\xc2\xb7 Enrolling for periodical sales events to boost the sales and achieving given targets.\xc2\xb7 Track competitive SKUs for promotions and sales offers.\xc2\xb7 Creating & running Ads on E-com portals + google\xc2\xb7 Working with external agency to ensure Social media & E-com portals are aligned.\xc2\xb7 Working with agency on SEO & Ad building.\xc2\xb7 Achieving sales target.Experience: Minimum 3 YearsQualification: Graduate / Postgraduate
