Job Description


Key Responsibilities: * Marketplace Management:

  • Oversee and manage our presence on major e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, TataCliq, etc.
  • Handle the setup, optimization, and maintenance of seller accounts.
  • Stock Management:
  • Utilize inventory management software to track and manage stock levels.
  • Ensure timely replenishment and avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Product Listing and Catalog Management:
  • Create, update, and optimize product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
  • Coordinate with category managers and resolve any issues related to product listings.
  • Promotions and Offers:
  • Design and implement promotional deals and offers to drive sales and attract customers.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of promotions and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Customer Service:
  • Manage customer returns, handle complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and respond to online customer feedback and inquiries promptly.
  • Sales Analysis and Reporting:
  • Maintain and analyze sales data on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving sales performance and identifying growth opportunities.
  • MIS Reporting:
  • Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics.
  • Logistics Coordination:
  • Work closely with logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
  • Address and resolve any logistical issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably across multiple marketplace platforms.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce best practices and current trends.
