Position Overview:
The E-Commerce Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's online sales platforms to drive revenue growth. This role involves overseeing product listings, improving customer experience, monitoring sales performance, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to enhance the overall e-commerce strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
• E-Commerce Platform Management:
• Manage and update product listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels across various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Indiamart, Amazon, just dail, Flipkart).
• Ensure consistency of product information and branding across all online channels.
• Sales Optimization:
• Monitor product performance, identifying trends, customer preferences, and sales opportunities.
• Implement strategies to drive conversions, including pricing strategies, discounts, promotions, and cross-selling or upselling tactics.
• Optimize product visibility and discoverability through SEO and product keyword management.
• Customer Experience & Support:
• Oversee the online customer journey, ensuring a seamless and positive shopping experience from browsing to checkout.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns through the e-commerce platform, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve any post-purchase issues.
• Order Fulfillment & Inventory Management:
• Work with the logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
• Track and manage returns, exchanges, and refunds.
• Reporting & Analytics:
• Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform-specific tools) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior.
• Prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance and provide actionable insights to improve sales and operations.
• Marketing & Promotions:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (e.g., email marketing, social media, Google Ads) to drive traffic to e-commerce platforms.
• Run and monitor promotions, seasonal campaigns, flash sales, and new product launches to drive online sales.
• Competitor & Market Analysis:
