• Website Management : Oversee website operations, update content, and enhance user experience.
• Product Management : Manage product listings, inventory, and categorization.
• Digital Marketing : Execute SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns to drive traffic.
• Sales Optimization : Boost conversions through A/B testing, cross-selling, and upselling.
• Customer Service : Respond to customer inquiries and improve satisfaction.
• Data Analysis : Track performance metrics and prepare reports.
• Collaboration : Coordinate with other departments and external vendors.
