E Commerce Executive
Job Description
Job Profile:
• To create ideas and manage the brand's social media pages and increase following/engagement to augment brand experience, loyalty
• To explore and tie up with platforms like Freecharge, Credit Card companies/banks, etc. for added visibility and draw traffic to the brand website.
• To explore alliances with other complimentary, non competing brands over social media. To coordinate with merchandisers on these platforms to explore and seek out marketing opportunities
• To manage MIS and other analytics with regard to product listings, product advertisements, inventory and sales on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify and others. Handle customer queries and complaints promptly and pro-actively.
Candidate Profile:
• Good communication skills, Systematic / Organized Working, Proficiency in MS-Excel, Knowledge of Backend of Online Shopping Platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal and others.
Location- Millennial Pod, Biz Nest Boomerang B-1-401, Chandivali Farm Road, Yadav Nagar, Powai Chandivali, Mumbai 400072.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
