Lead the team to achieve Top Rated eBay status by managing account health, cases, returns, and feedback, demonstrating strong leadership in maintaining high standards.
Create attractive deals and promotions using optimization methods and budget planning to achieve the best possible results.
Efficiently manage order processing, handle shipping services, and swiftly address delivery-related concerns.
Analyzing PPC performance, updating and optimizing according to trends, demand, and competition.
Regulating prices based on competitors\' pricing, and stock availability, with a view to increasing traffic, sales, and profitability.
Conducting regular competitor research, analyzing eBay sales traffic, and adapting sales strategy to facilitate further growth and brand exposure.
Producing sales reports for management and proposing new strategies to stimulate growth.
Lead Cross-Functional Teams, foster collaboration, and drive success across departments.
Utilize other tools related to eBay Process, Listing, Order Process, Customer Service, Stock Management system.
