E Commerce Executive
Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and highly motivated E-Commerce Executive to manage and drive our online store's operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for e-commerce, excellent analytical skills, and a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies. The E-Commerce Executive will be responsible for managing product listings, optimizing customer experience, implementing promotions, and analyzing sales data to improve online performance.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related field.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
• Knowledge of online marketing tools.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.
• Salary will be confirmed based on experience
• Manage order fulfillment, returns, and exchanges to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to orders or products.
• Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely shipping and delivery.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ?20,000.00 per month
