Job description Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Executive to join our team and oversee our presence on various online platforms such as eBay, Etsy, and other marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, optimizing content, handling portal operations, and driving sales growth across these platforms. The role requires a keen understanding of E-commerce strategies, and the ability to adapt to changing market trends. Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize product listings on eBay, Etsy, and other online marketplaces to ensure maximum visibility and sales performance.
- Create compelling and engaging product descriptions, images, and content to attract customers and drive conversions.
- Monitor and analyze sales trends, traffic patterns, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Implement effective pricing strategies, promotions, and marketing campaigns to enhance product visibility and sales.
- Coordinate with various teams including marketing, inventory management, and customer service to ensure seamless operations across all platforms.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, marketplace changes, and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Maintain a high level of data accuracy and quality across all listings and portals.
- Provide regular reports and insights on key performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing actionable solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree .
- Proven experience in E-commerce, specifically managing eBay, Etsy, or other online marketplaces.
- Strong understanding of E-commerce platforms, listing optimization techniques, and SEO principles.
- Proficiency in data analysis and using analytics tools to drive decision-making.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- A proactive and self-motivated individual with a passion for E-commerce and digital marketing.
