Job Overview:

We Are Seeking An Experienced E-commerce Executive To Join Our Team And Oversee Our Presence On Various Online Platforms Such As Amazon, Etsy, eBay And Other Marketplaces. The Ideal Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing Product Listing, Optimizing Content, Handling Portal Operations, And Driving Sales Growth Across These Platforms. The Role Requires A Keep Understanding Of E-commerce Strategies, And The Ability To Adapt To Changing Market Trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Management: Oversee and manage the company's online store, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions.
• Marketplace Management: Manage and optimize product listings on marketplaces like Amazon, Etsy, eBay , and others. Ensure product visibility, competitive pricing, and positive customer reviews.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and improve customer retention.
• Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on website and marketplace performance metrics, sales data, and customer behavior. Use insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Customer Experience: Enhance the online shopping experience by optimizing site navigation, product listings, and checkout processes.
• Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing team to drive traffic and sales through SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
• Inventory Management: Work with the inventory team to ensure accurate stock levels and timely fulfillment of orders.
• Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers, such as payment processors and shipping companies.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the e-commerce budget, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve sales goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Etsy, eBay etc.).
• Strong understanding of online sales strategies, SEO, SEM, and digital marketing.
• Experience with managing product listings and sales on marketplaces like Amazon and Etsy, eBay .
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in using web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 4-6 months

Pay: ?1,000.00 - ?5,000.00 per month
