- Should be responsible for product updating on different marketplaces like Amazon.com, and Walmart.
- Create new & update existing listings.
- Maintain listing products as per respective marketplace guidelines.
- Experience in selling beauty products and dietary supplements in the US market is a must.
- Experience in the beauty and fashion Industry is a \xc2\xb7 Managing and executing promotional campaigns
- Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps
- Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments
- Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through, and offering code performance
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure proper data is updated as per standards
- Devising strategies that harness sales-related insights, prevailing standards, and novel developments to encourage sales in our online store.
- Directing the activities of software developers, copywriters, and graphic designers to ensure careful adherence to predetermined strategies.
- Reviewing the security of checkout pages and payment procedures.
- Creating promotional offers and checking to see that these are uploaded precisely.
- Reviewing copy and legal disclaimers to verify their accuracy.
- Analysing traffic to inform website maintenance and the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
- Examining sales-related metrics to inform restocks.
- Reporting on the utility of existing and novel strategymust.
- Experienced in Advertising on Online platforms is a must.
