E Commerce Executive
Job Description
1. Sales-to-Order Cycle: Understand and manage the complete sales-to-order cycle, ensuring efficient and timely order processing. 2. Sales Order and Purchase Order Creation: Handle the creation of sales orders and purchase orders accurately and efficiently. 3. MIS Reporting: Generate daily and weekly MIS reports to provide valuable insights and support data-driven decision-making. 4. Start-up Attitude: Demonstrate a proactive and innovative start-up mind set, taking initiative, and adapting to a fast-paced environment. 5. Multi-Tasking:Efficiently manage multiple tasks and responsibilities, prioritizing as needed to meet deadlines. 6. Ownership:Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects, ensuring their successful completion. 7. Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with a large number of suppliers on a daily basis to ensure smooth order fulfilment and maintain strong vendor relationships. 8. Logistics and Sales Team Collaboration: Work closely with the logistics and sales teams to coordinate and facilitate efficient operations. 9. MS Office Proficiency: Utilize MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, for various tasks and reporting needs. Job Type: Full-time Salary: From 20,000.00 per month Benefits:
