This role involves managing and optimizing our eCommerce platform to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and ensure seamless operation of online transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Upload, manage, and update product listings on our eCommerce platform.
• Ensure product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels are accurate and up-to-date.
• Coordinate with the inventory team to maintain stock levels and handle stock discrepancies.
• Provide excellent customer service through various channels, including email and live chat.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Track and report on eCommerce sales and performance metrics.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve sales and customer engagement.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon.com, Amazon.in, ebay.com).
