Job Summary:

The E-Commerce Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing our presence on the E-Commerce marketplace. This role involves developing strategies to increase sales, enhance product visibility, and ensure compliance with Amazon's policies.

Key Responsibilities:

o Manage product listings, including creation, optimization, and updates.

o Monitor and analyze sales performance and implement strategies to improve performance.

o Conduct keyword research to optimize product titles, descriptions, and backend keywords.

o Develop and manage Amazon PPC campaigns to maximize ROI.

o Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure optimal inventory levels.

o Monitor stock levels and forecast demand to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.

o Respond to customer inquiries and reviews promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.

o Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements based on insights.

o Ensure compliance with Amazon's policies and guidelines.

o Stay up to date with changes in Amazon's algorithms, policies, and best practices.

o Generate reports on sales, traffic, and ad performance to identify trends and opportunities.

o Provide actionable insights to the management team based on data analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as an Amazon Specialist or in a similar e-commerce role & Category Should be Health & Personnel Care
• Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and related tools.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
