We are seeking a highly motivated and talented E-commerce Executive to join our team. As an E-commerce Executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing various aspects of our e-commerce platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our online presence, streamline processes, and implement effective strategies to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Platform Management:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, ensuring a smooth and user-friendly shopping experience.
• Upload and update product listings, including product descriptions, images, and pricing, while ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to avoid stockouts and optimize product availability.
• Collaborate with the IT team to address technical issues and improve the overall functionality of the website.
Sales and Performance Optimization:
• Analyze website performance metrics and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Implement strategies to increase website traffic, conversion rates, and overall online sales.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize product pages, checkout process, and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor and respond to customer reviews, inquiries, and feedback to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Digital Marketing and Promotion:
• Work closely with the marketing team to execute online marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media promotions, and paid advertising.
• Utilize SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic to the website.
• Manage promotions and discounts, coordinating with the marketing and sales teams to align with company objectives.
Customer Experience Enhancement:
• Continuously improve the website's user interface and user experience to increase customer engagement and reduce bounce rates.
• Implement customer segmentation and personalization strategies to enhance customer loyalty and repeat purchases.
• Monitor customer reviews and feedback to identify potential issues and propose solutions for a better customer experience.
Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
• Keep abreast of industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
• Conduct regular competitor analysis to benchmark our e-commerce strategies and offerings against other players in the market.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience (6 months to 1 year) in e-commerce management and online sales.
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon.in, Flipkart and Amazon.com ) and content management systems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, and SMM.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
