We are looking for an energetic Amazon Account Manager / Flipkart seller account to join our small but dynamic e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our various profiles B2B, B2C, and D2C and our Amazon seller account, optimizing product listings, increasing sales, and driving brand growth on the Amazon marketplace. This role requires a deep understanding of Amazon's ecosystem, excellent analytical skills, and a strong ability to execute strategies that enhance our online presence and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Account Management:
• Oversee and manage all aspects of our Amazon seller account.
• Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and guidelines.
• Monitor account health and performance metrics regularly.
• Listing Optimization:
• Optimize product listings for SEO to improve organic rankings.
• Enhance product titles, descriptions, bullet points, and images.
• Conduct keyword research to identify high-traffic and relevant keywords.
• Sales and Performance Analysis:
• Track and analyze sales data, inventory levels, and customer reviews.
• Identify trends and insights to drive sales growth and improve ROI.
• Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
• Advertising and Promotions:
• Plan and manage Amazon PPC campaigns to maximize visibility and sales.
• Develop and execute promotional strategies, including Lightning Deals, Coupons, and other Amazon programs.
• Monitor and adjust advertising spend to achieve optimal results.
• Customer Service and Reviews Management:
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Monitor and respond to customer reviews and ratings.
• Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and product ratings.
• Competitor Analysis:
• Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay ahead of market trends.
• Identify opportunities to differentiate our products and enhance our market position.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing Amazon seller accounts with a track record of success.
• In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and its features.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Amazon PPC and other Amazon advertising tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with third-party Amazon tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.).
• Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of global Amazon marketplaces.
