Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:

• Create and manage accounts on various global marketplaces, including Amazon USA, Amazon UK, Walmart, Etsy, and other international eCommerce platforms.

Listing Creation:

• Develop and optimize product listings to enhance visibility and attract customers.
• Conduct keyword research to improve SEO and drive organic traffic.

Order Management:

• Monitor and generate orders, ensuring timely processing and fulfillment.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any order-related issues.

Account Reconciliation:

• Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy in inventory and financial records.
• Track sales performance and analyze data to inform strategic decisions.

Sponsored Ads:

• Create, manage, and optimize sponsored ad campaigns across various platforms to maximize ROI.
• Analyze ad performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

Market Research:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive products, and pricing strategies.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging eCommerce technologies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of eCommerce strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in eCommerce or digital marketing, preferably in a global marketplace setting.
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, Etsy, and other eCommerce platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
